Your journey begins with a sightseeing tour of Kathmandu, then fly to Pokhara for an amazing trek through the Annapurna region of Nepal. Our expert guides will lead you through lush bamboo forests and rice fields, across many waterfalls and to remote vistas for stunning views of the Himalayas and interactions with local residents. We’ll descend through Rhododendron forests and mind-boggling valleys that reach as far as India’s border.

Join us for the half marathon to benefit the Himalayan Cataract Project on your ninth day in Nepal – or trek ahead to the next village and watch the runners cross the finish line. Himalayan Cataract Project
A portion of the proceeds from the Nepal Trek & Trail run will benefit the Himalayan Cataract Project. This organization strives to eradicate preventable and curable blindness in the Himalaya through high-quality ophthalmic care, education, and establishment of a sustainable eye care infrastructure. Based at the Tilganga Eye Centre in Kathmandu, Nepal, the Project is empowering local physicians to alleviate the suffering caused by blindness. Your trip to Nepal includes a tour of the Tilanganga Eye Center. The Nepal Trek & Trail Run hopes to raise enough funds to sponsor an eye clinic that will treat 1000 patients and perform 250 surgeries.
